Jess Klein's guitar to be auctioned -proceeds to benefit Katrina survivors
Jess's Guitar for auction on EBay, to benefit Katrina survivors From Jess:

In the winter of 1999, I was in New Orleans at a music conference called LMNOP. While escaping the afternoon heat in my hotel room, I started strumming a rhythm I had heard on the old country albums I was listening to at the time and, inspired by the spirit of New Orleans -- the culture, the music, the sound of a Louisiana accent -- I penned a song called Little White Dove. In the hopes that I can in some small way pay tribute to that wonderful spirit of living life and setting our hearts free, I am auctioning off the Guild guitar I used to write the song, which went on to become a hit in the folk world, and will donate the proceeds to the Red Cross. I am hoping that, for a fan of my music, the guitar will be a small token worthy of a donation to a vital cause. To hear the song, go to amazon.com or to www.itunes.com and search for the album Draw Them Near. To look at the guitar, please see my page on Ebay. Thank you, and if a guitar is out of your price range, please go to www.redcross.org to make a donation in any amount. Love, Jess
