Update....
my new docs and meds are going very well.... I am slowly being weened off all my old meds and have started Geodon. The DBT is tough but really working with a significant decrease in target behaviors....anxiety levels are up, but that is to be expected with all the changes and less self harm....

1. So glad to hear this RP.
Good support from new docs and adjustment to new meds - hope that the upward swing continues for you and that the anxiety also soon subsides.

3. I'm OK.....not sleeping too well lately
and having the usual heebie-jeebies and desire to hibernate from the very long nights and shorter days here in the North.

I just invested in a Daylight lamp, but understand that to get the most benefit you have to start early in the autumn. But it is nice even psychologically to be able to switch on a bright light in the house that is supposed to be like a sunny day! :-)

4. Look up the latest research on Vitamin D and SADS.
I take my vitamin D in the morning and the day time drowsiness is gone.

5. I have been taking the extra Vitamin D in the mornings since the Canada studies
but don't notice much difference in my sleep patterns. But I admit, I stay up too late sometimes - often here on DU because when it is 1-3 a.m. here it is the most interesting, active time on DU! :D

Thanks for your tip.
