5. The "scared horse" is...
... actually a head tosser -- note the reins slide through a ring -- that helps to keep the head from tossing but he got away from the rider's hands in this shot!

3. My guess is it's the horse version
of punk makeup.

I do like the photos, particularly the 4th one. That horse is really prancing!

4. Tee hee!
We had a class on Saturday night called the $5,000 Ride & Drive! Riders jump a course, dismount, run and jump a few low jumps themselves, load into a Kabota tractor pulling a trailer with jumps on it and drive an obstacle course -- all timed and faults for knocking down rails or hitting cones with the tractor. It was great fun and some riders added to the excitement by doing a few crazy things like you see here!
