1. just HOW do you stand it, Blue, to not be there to cuddle her and kiss her?

When I zero in on just her, I realize how gentle and sweet the light is on her, and the dimension it gives to the image.

3. I can't wait to meet her in person.

The kids are coming back to the states in July, so we are planning to see them when we go down to CA in the fall. I will be taking an 8 GB card just for Aiman and Sofia. :rofl:

Great that they'll be 'around' for y'all, but of course y'all are spread far and wide!

5. Yes, they're coming back to Southern California

at least for the next few years. The ultimate plan, I believe, is for them to go to Australia eventually. Riaz is from Perth. Another fun vacation destination. :)

7. I think you might need a few

8 gig cards just for Aiman and Sofia. Seriously. Then another few so you can get lots of photos of Kristina with the kids, and with Riaz and all 4 together. Kristina will appreciate them in a decade or so if she doesn't already. You have a beautiful(or handsome for the older ones)bunch of grandchildren. Even better you raised daughters that will give them wings. I'm glad one of them is willing to share her talents and kids with the world.

To have two such gorgeous children as subjects, one a baby so sweet I can smell her through my screen, cannot be but the best photogaphing grandma's dream.
I also very much want so see family groups.
