1. Makes me weak - I love Key West and you did a nice presentation of the feel
of it that we don't routinely see.
Photo three intrigues me the most. Any comment about it is appreciated, like where IS that?
I think I have seen that dog, photographed it even, in front of the driver on a motorcycle.
The first sunset is awesome. It's so HOT> and the other one is, too. The colors, birds and the entire feel of it spell KW.
I know you had a good time.

2. photo 3
its the supports under 7 mile bridge. I walked down to check out the restaurant down there and saw the supports and thought it would make a cool photo

3. Where is that in KW? I ask you seriously, because I know Key West
really well, and the seven mile bridge is from Big Pine Key to Marathon in the middle keys.

This is a photo of the seven mile bridge I took in August from Pidgeon Key - seven mile bridge is on the left and on the right the old bridge that used to carry the Flagler railroad. They cut out sections so people can't go there, and it deteriorates along side the new bridge.

Next time I'm there I want to find YOUR bridge.

if you get off the US 1 heading west, just as you leave marathon there is a parking lot for the pigeon key historical site . at the waters edge there is a set of stairs going down to the sunset grille and raw bar.. I was on the stairs as they passed under the new bridge. the stairs are at the point where you can go on the 2 -1/2 mile section of the old bridge that is still accessable.
I believe its MM 47

5. I'll take you back to the spot you describe
First the steps down (on the right, of course)

Then the bridges, 7 mile bridge on the left

A view from the Sunset Grill Restaurant's flat roof built as an outlook to the sunset
(taken on another day)

And finally what we were all lookin' at

The next time I'm there I'll search out the pillars from below. That particular photo of yours is a real catch!

7. I would love to visit Key West someday.
The only time I've spent in Florida is in airports changing planes. I love these photos; makes me want to book a flight ASAP.
