SEO Gods - is this too good to be true?

They claim to be able to jump pagerank to 3 or above in just a couple weeks. Are these guys for real? What's the catch?

1. A 3 is pretty easy to get

Shouldn't take more than 4-5 solid links. The thing about a link program is whether it will be targeted by Google and everyone connected to it gets thrown out. This one doesn't look like it meets Google's standards. I've not been impressed with any of the ones I've seen. Better to find a few links in your field, and pay $10 or so when you have to. Google has been really screwy lately so if you're having recent problems, you're not alone.

I decided against using the program. And I've been out purchasing a few select links here and there. I got a good sitewide PR7 last week that should really bump me up in the next PR update.
