I don't hang out here very much, but my SO wanted me to ask if anyone (or you know anyone) who could revise/finish a local information based website that she started-- all inclusive area business listing and links to webpages; looking for high search engine ranking based on comprehensive data. It's just a tiny setup, relatively, and would not take very much time. But she said she'd be willing to offer sales % deal.
