Wednesday, 3/8: I worked out today--did you? |

Hi gang! :hi:
Today I jogged 2 miles and then I went into the strength equipment room for an upper body workout. After I did my usual machines, I asked one of the trainers to show me some exercises with some free weights. I think it may be time to move from machines to free weights--changing up the routine after nearly a year can only be a good thing.
How did you all do today?
(Let's see if we can get at least 10 replies... people seem to be slacking off lately--even myself :blush:)

Treadmill for both of us before and after two complete circuits on the machines (15 machines now, and we use them all). Did not do any free weight at gym, but will catch up here at home this afternoon.
Free weights are good, MissMillie. You'll like them.

I really didn't have time to do it, but I did it anyway, and then ran around like a crazy woman getting ready for work.
Made it to work with one minute to spare.
I've been seriously slacking, so thanks for the nudge. :hi:

Just doing some gentle, range-of-motion type work on my left leg. Tomorrow I head back to the gym to see what I can do with my leg.

The kickbox instructor had a very drill seargentish style..I felt that workout..shwew..
