:hi: Hi gang!
Yet another attempt to get back on track. I did 60 minutes on the elliptical machine and then did 1/2 my usual ab routine.
How did you make out today?

An hour on the treadmill. Couldn't do the elliptical today because I was too tired from using it this weekend.

3. Deadlifts, bent bb rows, and bb curls |

First time starting deadlifts. Did 5 sets of 12,10,8,6,12. Felt pretty good. I need to work on my form
