Last day this month! We've made it through January. :D
I did the same as I did yesterday.
I threw away the cinnamon pullapart and am regaining my usual peppiness. B-)
I will proabably try sprints either tomorrow or Saturday to increase my speed.
How about you?

Today joined the swim team in the gym.
15 min treadmill, abs, upper body conditioning--an hour and a quarter altogether.

Not as stellar as December, but going from a 25 hour work week to 40 takes quite a bite out of your schedule! And I hate early mornings! But I'm not doing too badly. I do weights in the morning & try to get to cardio at night, but all I want to do at night is veg out. Cardio has definitey suffered more than weights. I hope that February will be better.
My dawn simulator lamp/clock came on Friday. No need for it on the weekend, so I'll report back sometime next week. I really hope it makes getting up on dark mornings easier!
My food downfall has been open faced Tofurky sandwiches. Who knew I could make such delish vegan gravy? :9
