Moving along, meeting with my attorney and my 'husband' Monday. |
|
Not looking forward to this, as husb lies, exaggerates, and intimidates. Atty wants me there as I know facts. Supposed to help us negotiate a settlement. Hope I can keep my mouth shut.
Really looking forward to Alternate Dispute Resolution meeting with a neutral. Judge ordered this, but sounds like 'husband' thinks its optional. He'll probably try to avoid, by not attending when date is set.

1. What does your attorney say? |
|
Or want you to say?
I'm not sure allowing husb to lie, exaggerate, and intimidate is what you should permit happen.

Jerk hasn't 'negotiated' for over a year. His lies now might be good if/when we get him under oath. Me, I only do truth; its genetic! Main issue for tomorrow will be keeping my temper! Attorney wants to hear true facts, so he can become more familiar with facts of the case. Thanks for asking.
