You can syndicate from their website, via iTunes, people can automatically sync their iPod with the newest episodes. And using an RSS reader installed on your computer, people can get and listen to updates right from their desktop.

They also support a multitude of web portals.

... Not podcasting, but interesting. You dial a phone #,
speak your post, and Blogger posts the text into your blog.

I'm going to try it one of these days, just to see how it deals with
bloggerspeak words and phrases, like blogosphere and
technobabble.
