just joined eDiets -- have you ever? |
|
I joined so I could have a central place to track consumption, loss, and exercise. god knows if i'll follow through - and a sleepless night is probably not the best time to contemplate the future.
I think I might wind up liking calorieking.com better because there i can track exactly what i eat, down to the ounce, gram, etc.... we'll see.
what have you "joined" recently?

It's free, and I'm cheap! Although it might be a little light on the features compared with the others, I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping. :)

I'll check it out. Calorieking.com has a lot of free features - including a huge database.

It worked pretty well for me, but I had to adjust the preplanned meals alot just so that I didn't end up with wasted food, as I was the only one I was buying food for.
The calorie counter I'm using now is sparkpeople.com, they have meal plans or you can input your own food. They have alot of food logged in their database..fast-food too. My favorite part is that you can log your food ahead of time. Later this month, I know I can be more dedicated to eating better, so I made myself a mealplan for then.. :)
