A lot of you here in the feminism forum are among my favorite DUers, and some of you don't post in the lounge, so I'm cross posting this. You all know that I'm losing the use of my hands (it's the reason I am getting the roommate I discussed in the Juggling Gender Roles thread). It's progressing, so I'm not posting/typing nearly as much as I used to.

There is no need to respond to this. It's just an FYI. I'll still be here lurking and appreciating this forum even when I'm not posting.

you've been one of our strongest supporters here, and I use that particular word with intent, because it's a rare thing for a man to actually support, rather than dominate or confront, in conversations with and about women.

(I am hoping the dragon speak works out, for purely selfish reasons.)

You're always so insightful, and stand your ground. As I've said before, one of my favorites. (You know, it's funny, I am very much a face to face person, I'll never be comfortable with internet "relationships" I have a tendency-- or need-- to assess folks before I connect.)

You, out of so many, are one of the few I honestly wish I could get to know "in real life" Something about you, dude. So I know you're out there, and I feel better just knowing you're around.:hug:
