What do you know for certain that will sell on eBay? |
|
My ex-husband's third wife does very well with certain kinds of stuff: vintage Scandinavian home decor, Lefton figurines, mid-century kitchen items and linens, John Deere.
I read the top hottest collectible/vintage items list for eBay, and the very hottest item listed was vintage sewing stuff. Okay, I can handle that! Got lots of that stuff.
What's your idea of a sure sale?

6. if the Chinese weren't making reproductions of souvenir linens... |
|
...and other kinds of vintage linens, the market would be better. I think some buyers are scared off by fear of repros. Last year I went to a huge antique show -- 1100 dealers -- and could not BELIEVE the amount of reproductions there. Glassware, pottery, embroidered linens...you name it.
Made me ill.
