Just wondering: Why is everyone saying "Bowles-Simpson" now, instead of Simpson Bowles? |

Simpson was the chair of that commission.
I noticed it first with Romney. This morning, I heard Chuck Toad, Schumer and Van Hollen all saying "Bowles-Simpson?"
Anyone know what that oddity is all about?
