As of 10:04am pacific:
2,291 total fatalities.
131,536 confirmed cases.

on edit - 12:19pm pacific time - got the total fatalities - 2296.

Scratch that - it just changed - 2:19pm, the confirmed cases just edged up to 137,470.
And 2,399 deaths.

Scratch that, again - as of 2:23pm, up again.
Confirmed cases 137,515.
Deaths, hit 2,400.

Sheesh.

FURTHER update, 2:42pm -
Confirmed cases up - 137, 966 (gonna see 138,000 topped).
Total fatalities up - 2,406 (added six in less than 20 minutes).

And again - 2:57pm - confirmed cases passed the above six-digit mark. It's now 138,630.

3:02pm, Pacific time, Confirmed cases 138,630.
Deaths -2414 NOT 5114.

I only go by post count. In this case it was nine posts.

Made kind of a random rule for myself, awhile back, that if somebody had 100-ish posts or less, I could assume they're probably new. That does seem to prove out many times. Most of the time. But not all. I don't always have time to go look at the membership date of every poster with low post count. That's my fault.

And remember him insinuating he could send ventilators to Boris Johnson?

Notice: he doesn't FLAT-OUT SAY he's GOING TO send ventilators to Boris Johnson. He talks about Boris Johnson calling him, saying they don't have enough ventilators, and he named another country or two whose leaders also supposedly called him and brought up the subject. And you're supposed to conclude, from that, that - "well, hey, I've got whole other COUNTRIES needing ventilators and they're calling me and saying they need ventilators, and ... so... (YOU do the math here, 'eh, pal? Get what I'm sayin'?)"
