Rock-hound from pre-school age. Proud Democrat for life. Ardent environmentalist and pro-choicer. Hoping to use my skills set for the greater good. Still married to the same guy for 40+ years. I thought he did a terrific job!

Yeah, he did start kinda slow, but then he really hit it home!

Also made some amazingly great points about how the media can now know what it's like to be a minority. Hey, guys, try that one on and walk around in it for awhile. You'll find it fits pretty doggone well.

It was a unique performance. He amused on the one hand, and got 'em thinking seriously about some very sober realities on the other hand. (At least I hope so!) A speech that delivered in all kinds of directions, including tough love.

It was undoubtedly lost to him, Palin, and Kid Rock, when they posed with snarky faces and gestures underneath Hillary Clinton's WHITE HOUSE PORTRAIT (she said, in caps, yelling to make it more obvious). Hillary Clinton will ALWAYS have a portrait hanging IN The White House, thankyouverymuch. What have THEY got?
