Rock-hound from pre-school age. Proud Democrat for life. Ardent environmentalist and pro-choicer. Hoping to use my skills set for the greater good. Still married to the same guy for 40+ years. then what difference does this make.

All that refusal so far is meant to gum up the works and force the other side to go to court and then burn up MORE time tangled up in the appeals process - which just takes more time. Swift justice is not in the cards for these schmucks. That’s one of Donald’s favorite go-to strategies.

That’s part of his schtick. Delay. And then delay son more. And then move for another delay. And another after that. Til the other side gives up or runs out of money or whatever clock is supposedly running on this finally runs out.

Oh man, sorry to hear that!

Earned a black belt years ago but wasn’t very good at the sparring part. Never dated go without a helmet, though!

My sympathies to you, my friend.

Sometimes I think DU helps keep the brain exercised at least to some extent, so I hope you’re able to stick around and take advantage.

If you can’t beat it, maybe you can slow it down?
