I agree, unfortunately

Hopefully, we can keep the Republican's dystopian "vision" from becoming a reality

Thanks for a sensible post

Though I disagree that fixing problems that have plagued the VA for decades should have been able to be fixed in the past five years and that Shinseki resigning was the best/correct response to it

No it won't

Frankly, I think that resignations- unless clearly warranted by specific misconduct- don't solve anything. Calling for resignations might feel good and might make a politician feel like they are "doing something" when they are really doing nothing.

I just refer to them as the Republican Tea Party

Hey, if the shoe fits......

For anybody who thinks that there is "no difference" between the two parties

I present this as "Exhibit A". I also reaffirm my thankfulness that we elected President Obama- twice- over avid and eager warmongers.

RP says it like none other

Being somewhat on the fence about the DP, it's bloodthirsty attitudes like this that makes me feel less supportive of it.

*Ugh*. With Dems like these

Seems like a act of political convenience. Nun and (I think) Grimes are calling for his resignation too.

Very disappointing.

Well......

Abortion rights? Marriage equality? Their positions on these are identical? Hillary would appoint the same kind of justices like, say, Antonin Scalia?

Unfortunately

I sense that they will shift gears from "fun with racism" to "fun with misogyny" (which has really already started to some extent). In fact I'm counting on it.
