"Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will look into the call Graham made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger 10 days after the Nov. 3 election, the Post reported, citing an unnamed person familiar with the probe.
Graham, a Republican and a close Trump ally, asked Raffensperger whether he had the power to toss out all mail ballots in certain counties, Raffensperger has told the Post.
Raffensperger said Graham appeared to be asking him to improperly find a way to set aside legally cast ballots, according to the newspaper."

Is Lindsey Graham's argument that he has some kind of privilege as a US Senator from S. Carolina to interfere with the vote count in Georgia so he doesn’t have to answer a grand jury’s subpoena moot? Because:
a) That kind of privilege don’t exist.
b) He was breaking the law at the time.

Fulton County, Georgia, investigators have told them that Graham, an ally of Trump’s, is “neither a subject nor target of the investigation, simply a witness,” his attorneys said.
They claimed that if the subpoena to Graham is upheld, it will erode the constitutional balance of power and affect his ability to do his job as a member of Congress.
“This is all politics. Fulton County is engaged in a fishing expedition and working in concert with the January 6 Committee in Washington,” Graham’s lawyers, Bart Daniel and Matt Austin, said in a statement.

From where I sit Sen. Lindsey tried to get Georgia's Sec. of State to commit a felony by
throwing out the votes from black districts. Lindsey was Judge Advocate in the USAF he
knows he broke the law.

There is no age @ which people should be able to legally buy and own assault weapons.
Quit fucking around and get rid of those killing machines now. And we don't need to listen to the
bought off gun humpers in the congress, state houses, or in the media talking about "the law
abiding people" who enjoy them. Enjoy them? Please! My simple mental health test is if you want
to own an assault then you automatically fail that mental health test. Lawn darts caused 1 or 2 fatalities
and they were banned and when I go deer hunting I am allowed only 3 shells in the gun plus I have to
have a hunting license too.
Both Australia and New Zealand banned assault weapons and that stopped mass shootings in those countries
and I am sure they have mental illness there too.
BTW why do I think the assault weapon used in Highland Park was bought legally in Indiana or Wisconsin?

WASHINGTON -- More witnesses are coming forward with new details on the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riot following former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson's devastating testimony last week against former President Donald Trump, says a member of a House committee investigating the insurrection.
The panel already has subpoenaed former White House counsel Pat Cipollone, who investigators remain hopeful will appear Wednesday for a deposition, and said it would also welcome follow-up details from Secret Service members with Trump that day.
Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., cited Hutchinson's testimony that Trump wanted to join an angry mob of his supporters who marched on Jan. 6, 2021, to the Capitol, where they rioted, as particularly valuable in “inspiring” more people to step forward as the committee gets set for at least two public hearings this month.
“Every day we get new people that come forward and say, ‘Hey, I didn’t think maybe this piece of the story that I knew was important,’" he said Sunday. “There will be way more information and stay tuned.”
