Eden Sirene moves with an almost "otherworldly" grace. Eden, better known as Jenna Conti, feels at home wearing her custom made silicon mermaid suit.

"It makes me feel amazing makes children smile makes adults smile, everybody happy, you don't expect to see a mermaid at the pool," Conti said. "I'm a 48-year-old man and I get a big smile on my face seeing her swim," said bob Abruszzese, a neighbor.

The problem is, the tale about her tail doesn't appear to have such a happy ending -- at least not yet. Monday, she learned from her community board that she cannot wear her outfit in the pools at Fishhawk Ranch. The Community Development District saying it's a safety concern, and that there's a "no-fin" policy.

CUMBERLAND, RI (WPRI) - A Cumberland resident received threats after the not guilty verdict in the George Zimmerman trial, thanks to the internet and his name.

Jorge Zimmerman was not following the trial in Florida as closely as some but he knew when it was over by the messages on his Facebook account.

“I didn’t know who these people were and then I checked what they were saying,” Jorge Zimmerman said. “People asked if I was the George Zimmerman who killed Trayvon Martin. I got messages like payback is a, you know obscene words. Watch your back. Just watch yourself.”

On today’s Noon newscast on KTVU, the station claimed it had “just learned the names of the 4 pilots on board” Asiana flight 214 which crashed last Saturday. But the station was given bad information that made it all the way into the newscast. If you read the names it becomes immediately clear this is a joke, which went unnoticed by the newsroom, producers and the anchor.

You’ll recall earlier this week, KTVU touted its coverage as being not only first, but “100% accurate.”

“Being first on air and on every platform in all aspects of our coverage was a great accomplishment, but being 100% accurate, effectively using our great sources and social media without putting a single piece of erroneous information on our air, is what we are most proud of as a newsroom,” said News Director Lee Rosenthal at the time.

NEW CASTLE, Del. - July 10, 2013 (WPVI) -- A man has been charged in connection with a disgusting act after a woman accused him of throwing bodily fluid on her inside a New Castle Walmart.

The alleged incident happened at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Walmart located at 117 Wilton Boulevard.

The 20-year-old victim told police she was standing in an aisle using her phone when a man walked by her. As he passed she said she felt a liquid thrown onto her leg, and when she looked down she saw bodily fluid on her thigh and leg.

The victim said she walked through the store to find an employee; all awhile the man who threw the liquid allegedly followed her.

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. (AP) — Four months after he was found unconscious in a Palm Springs, Calif., motel, doctors are looking into the mystery of a Florida man who awoke with no memory of his past and speaking only Swedish.

Michael Boatwright, 61, woke up with amnesia, calling himself Johan Ek, The Desert Sun (http://mydesert.co/145PNGw) reports. Boatwright was found unconscious in a Motel 6 room in February. After police arrived, he was transported to the Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs where he woke up.

Hospital officials said Boatwright may have been in town for a tennis tournament in the Coachella Valley. He was found with a duffel bag of exercise clothes, a backpack and tennis rackets. He also carried four forms of identification — a passport, a California identification card, a veteran's medical card and a Social Security card — all of which identified him as Michael Thomas Boatwright.

Palm Springs police have documented his information in case anyone lists Boatwright as missing or wanted, authorities said.

Justin Timberlake is speaking out to set the record straight after a sexual assault awareness group objected to his naming his new single, Take Back The Night ­ the same title as their organization.

In a statement obtained exclusively by RadarOnline, the superstar singer explained he was simply unaware of the group when he named his song. Now that he’s become informed about the group, he’s expressing his support for their cause.

Radar broke the story that lawyers for Take Back the Night sent a letter to the singer saying, “You used our name without our permission.”

Workers at Chuck E. Cheese's are seen attempting to break up the fight, which appears to be between at least two women, but the brawl lasts for almost two minutes, according to the footage.

In one scene, a child is seen with her arms around her mother's waist, trying to hold her back from getting involved in the argument.

"Relax. You're out of control. There are children, children," a woman is heard saying off camera just before the argument turned violent.
