If a loud and vicious rant is a good start to your morning, try Morning Joe tomorrow morning.

I personally get much joy watching Joey absolutely lose it while I'm on my second cup. It motivates me and some work gets done. This latest Romney tone-deaf find is the absolute end to this campaign and all of the money and ass kissing in this world will not begin to compensate for it. It will be epic I tells ya, alarm must be set...

Natalie Wood Death: New Audio Recordings Indicate Robert Wagner's Involvement

<snip>

Now never-before-heard audiotapes of Lana Wood discussing her sister's drowning have been obtained by CBS News. Biographer Suzanne Finstad collected the recordings as part of research for her 2001 book, "Natasha: The Biography of Natalie Wood." In the recordings, Lana says that boat captain Dennis Davern had called her while in a state of intoxication and claimed that Wagner had not helped Woods after he had accidentally pushed his wife overboard. Wagner is referred to in the recording as "RJ."

"He said it appeared to him as though RJ shoved her away and she went overboard. Dennis panicked and RJ said, 'Leave her there. Teach her a lesson.' Dennis said he was very panicky that he was sitting and RJ just kept drinking and drinking. And he'd say, 'Come on, let's get her.' And he said RJ was in such a roil mood, at the point, that he then shut up and was waiting for when, when are they gonna go to her rescue, until all the sound stopped."

The statement mirrors what Davern would claim at least 10 years later. In November 2011, the police reopened the investigation of Wood's death. The same month, a somber Davern appeared on the "Today Show" and publicly declared Wagner responsible for Wood's death.

"We didn't take any steps to see if we could locate her. I think it was a matter of, 'We're not going to look too hard, we're not going to turn on the searchlight, we're not going to notify anybody right now,'" he said.

Does anyone here think maybe the debates are not going to happen? With the awful, terrible, week

that Willard is having, his numbers spiraling down the tubes, the ridicule he's receiving not only here but 'round the globe, I think he may decide it just isn't worth it. I wouldn't doubt there are some serious "debate, should we or shouldn't we" sessions going on right now. If they're honest...hahahaha, but seriously, if they were to have an inkling of reality set in, a debate with POTUS will shovel the dirt over the coffin.

Is there a feasible way he can back out? Has it been done before? If you needed to come up with a DUzy of an excuse to bail, what would it be? Just curious.

Man-hug update: Charlie Crist meets Fort Pierce pizza guy, gets the Obama treatment

by George Bennett | September 12th, 2012

Former Gov. Charlie Crist was serious about wanting to meet presidential man-hug champion Scott Van Duzer.

A few hours after expressing a desire to meet the Fort Pierce pizza parlor owner who hugged and lifted President Obama on Sunday, Crist showed up at Van Duzer’s business this afternoon and, according to Van Duzer, said “You know what I’m here for.”

Van Duzer obliged by lifting Crist off the floor.

“Nothing surprises me any more after the president walked in,” Van Duzer said. He said it was his first time meeting Crist, although he said Crist had helped his non-profit Van Duzer Foundation in 2009 by promoting Be A Hero Day to promote blood donations.

Man-hug alert! Charlie Crist wants to meet pizza guy who lifted Obama

Former Gov. Charlie Crist, whose Republican political career began to unravel after his famous Fort Myers stimulus hug of President Obama in 2009, says he wants to meet Scott Van Duzer, the Republican pizza parlor owner who embraced and lifted Obama off his feet Sunday in Fort Pierce.

Republican-turned-independent Crist, widely rumored to be mulling a 2014 run for governor as a Demcorat, added more fuel to that fire today by attending a Bill Clinton-headlined fundraiser for Democratic congressional candidates Lois Frankel and Patrick Murphy in West Palm Beach.

Van Duzer's presidential hug-and-lift.
When PostOnPolitics mentioned witnessing Van Duzer’s hug of Obama, Crist said: “You know what? I wanted to stop by the guy….Where is his place?” Crist also conceded that he has been dethroned as Florida’s bipartisan presidential hugging champion.

PostOnPolitics began telling Crist that Van Duzer’s embrace of Obama “kind of put your hug –” “To shame,” Crist said, completing the sentence.

Allen West Blames President Obama For Libya Attack; John McCain Backs Arab Spring

One of the numerous reasons we have to be rid of Allen West...

<snip>

West, a former U.S. Army officer, suggested it was the Obama administration's support for the Arab Spring uprisings that encouraged the attacks by "intolerant, barbaric, radical Muslims."

"Americans need to question whether the deaths of these innocent patriots could have been avoided," said the controversial lawmaker in a statement. "The Obama Administration touted the Arab Spring as an awakening of freedom, which we now see is a nightmare of Islamism." West then repeated a false claim that U.S. Embassy officials in Cairo "apologized" for the inflammatory film.

"President Obama's policy of appeasement towards the Islamic world has manifested itself into a specter of unconscionable hatred," West continued, declaring that the events in Libya and Egypt ranked with the Iranian hostage crisis, in which 52 Americans were held for 444 days in Tehran, starting in late 1979.

"President Obama has clearly surpassed former President Jimmy Carter and his actions during the Iranian Embassy crisis, as the weakest and most ineffective person to ever occupy the White House," West said. He did not mention that Obama's watch has also seen the death of Osama bin Laden and scores of extra-judicial killings of terrorists in drone strikes.

Donnie Deutsch just made the statement on Morning Joe that it was the Bill Clinton speech that

made him decide to definitely vote for President Obama. Willie was aghast. Paraphrasing here: C'mon, you're not voting for Romney? Boy, Willie showed his colors. Not that he hasn't before but that was right out there.

September 12, 2012

Where are Mika and Joe this morning? The show so far has been very interesting, informative,

with Willie running the show. I arrived late to the show and did not hear any reasons for their absences. This is the longest I've been able to stay with it..

September 10, 2012

If Rmoney were ahead by 5 pts. how would the media be reacting? The spin is making me dizzy

and definitely pissed off. The attempts to prop this guy up are really in your face pandering to the point they're not even trying to hide their bias anymore. We definitely need to flood the tv stations with the displeasure we are feeling about this. "Romney is a sure winner with this 5 point lead" and on and on would be the meme if the numbers were reversed, I have no doubt.
