House Dems, Senate GOP, Impeachment and Indictment -- My Take

Cohen: Don't believe my allegations. I brought incontrovertible evidence for you.

GOP: You'll always be a liar.

Cohen: My lies were to protect Trump, which you are doing right now.

Me: The House now has evidence enough to impeach Trump. The Senate must decide either to indict or to obstruct justice by refusing to indict.

Holder: A sitting president can be indicted.

Mueller: No one is above The Law.
