The class action lawsuit against the DNC was dismissed on Friday.

According to the ruling, even if the court assumed that all the allegations against the DNC were true, the plaintiffs still had no standing to bring a lawsuit in federal court, failed to establish that any "damaged class" actually exists, and failed to show that there were any concrete, measurable damages.
