Primer on how the 2 party system works.

The party in the Senate with 51 seats decides EVERYTHING. Including what is even voted on in the first place. Let alone passing something.

The party in the House with 218 seats, not 217, decides EVERYTHING. Including what is even voted on in the first place. Let alone passing something.

Some exceptions but you get the point.

Who would you rather have in the senate, Bob Casey or Rick Santorum?

Bob Casey on every social issue is as progressive as there can be, except choice. On that one issue is full hard right. The reason Casey is the perfect example is because he was running against Santorum, and he won.

?

I am using quotes because I didnt say this, a friend did. I did not know this or remember it, but it is the perfect example of how the American two party system works and how to use it to your benefit and control.

I could list Bob Casey on the issues, but I shouldn't have to, as this person said, they are as liberal as can be but on abortion, which meant the choice was him or Santorum.

period - in the REAL world that was the choice

I assumed people here knew, do you use KASPERSKY LABS on your PC? URGENT!! URGENT!!

for security, anti virus?

Get rid of it immediately

LAS VEGAS (Reuters) - A U.S. congressional panel this week asked 22 government agencies to share documents on Moscow-based cyber firm Kaspersky Lab, saying its products could be used to carry out "nefarious activities against the United States," according to letters seen by Reuters.

The requests made on Thursday by the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space and Technology are the latest blow to the antivirus company, which has been countering accusations by U.S. officials that it may be vulnerable to Russian government influence.

Kaspersky Labs is about to take down everything here, is my bet.

We know Putin has ordered trump to remove sanctions and not sign the bill, if trump signs the bill putin will unleash kaspersky to take down EVERYTHING in this country that Kaspersky is tied to.

Your bank accounts, FDIC, military, electric and energy grids, my assumption is they are tied into much of this, but I am not sure. Maybe someone here has some details on that.

What I am sure of is trump works for putin, but they may have realized trump cant NOT sign the bill for sanctions, so if he signs it expect an all out invasion of America by Kaspersky labs and others, nothing you have is safe.

Trump appears to advocate rough police treatment of suspects

Source: Washington Post

BRENTWOOD, N.Y. — Talking tough on illegal immigration and violent crime, President Donald Trump appeared Friday to advocate rougher treatment of people in police custody, speaking dismissively of arresting officers who protect the heads of handcuffed suspects while putting them in patrol cars.

“Don’t be too nice,” said Trump. He visited Suffolk County, New York, to highlight administration efforts to crack down on illegal immigration and violent crime, and in particular the street gang known as MS-13, which has terrorized communities on Long Island and in other parts of the country.

The president urged Congress to find money to pay for 10,000 Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers “so that we can eliminate MS-13.”

Why is Bernie Sanders voting to NOT put sanctions on Russia?

https://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=115&session=1&vote=00175

I have my own feelings, of course and I have mentioned them here.

I cant anymore, I will be accused of bashing a Democrat, even though he isnt.

Why do YOU think he is seemingly so friendly to Putin?

Sanders (I-VT), Nay

McCain and Graham have just greenlighted house to pass any piece of crap

they want.

That is how this works.

Sending to conference means house passes kill Americans bill, and by the way the rules work it cant be amended and McCain and friends dont vote again, then they will blame the house but knowing all along this will be result

ACA is gone

July 25, 2017

Repeal or replacement will kill Americans, do you know any?

We need to list our friends, neighbors, relatives who will suffer the most from the intentional act of taking their healthcare.

Dont limit your list to people who rely on subsidies, we lose FAR more than that.

Anyone who has Health Insurance but will go over the maximum limit, which does not exist now, they will die.
Anyone who has a preexisting condition who cant get coverage, they may die.

Anyone who has health insurance (this applies to ALL Americans who are not on Medicare) but relies on ACA to cover copays and deductibles for preventive care

Most health plans must cover a set of preventive services — like shots and screening tests — at no cost to you

colonoscopies, mammograms, etc.

When ACA is gone you will pay huge deductibles and copays for these, right now you pay ZERO.

So many of you will put off needed care to avoid paying these fees that you now dont pay. Maybe you should be on this list, maybe I should be.

DEUTSCHE BANK IS TURNING OVER INFORMATION ON TRUMP

Source: Vanity Fair

Among the many mysteries surrounding Donald Trump’s finances as a real-estate mogul—and the conflicts of interest that might be revealed by his tax returns, were he ever to release them—is his long history of debt. The issue is not merely what Trump owes, but who he owes. As critics noted on the campaign trail, Trump’s habit of reneging on contracts and suing his lenders meant that virtually nobody on Wall Street wanted to work with him, with one exception: Deutsche Bank, which had loaned him hundreds of millions of dollars when no one else would, even after he sued the firm. Now, investigators probing the ties between the Trump campaign and Russia are wondering why—and they’re beginning to take a closer look at the president’s accounts with his favorite bank, which also happens to have strong ties to Russia itself.
