Slow cooker cheese corn first time trying this with Cuban sandwiches
I doubled this cuz of teenage boys and their friends so here we go
6 cups corn I used frozen
1/2 diced peppers
1/2 onion
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk I used whole milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4,tsp pepper
4oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese I used pepper jack and sharp cheddar.
So you dump corn in crockpot on low four hours. Add milk pepper salt.
Then after four hours toss in the shredded cheese and cream cheese it says if you find it to thin you can add touch flour to thicken it up.
My wife's new lift chair recliner arrived The Boog chocolate lab loves it.
Thanks man this is great retirement gift with my arthritis as he lays in the recliner his tail wagging. Mancaid is the best so we doing pizzas later it’s Friday man.
