That way you can thoroughly research and craft answers and have the legal and political advisers properly clear them. However, can and should it be a topic for inquiry when he appears before the J6 Committee?
He can't really claim a 5A privilege regarding the crime he was charged with, as he is now immunized by the pardon.
Steve Bannon's defense team is seeking a trial delay.
They're trying to claim that the J6 hearings are prejudicial to a fair trial for their client.
But that seems like a stretch, since he's being tried for contempt for refusing to appear and testify before the Committee.
