Where is the evidence the election was stolen from Trump?
That's the whole ball game to me. There is none and that is all the proof you need to prove Trump and his enablers tried to overturn the election. Trumps AG said no evidence of voter fraud. Over 60 court hearing said no evidence of fraud. 50 Secretaries of State said no fraud. Multiple audits said no fraud. Which means there was no fraud.
A jury would see right through Trumps , his enablers bullshit. Their entire defense for what they did is there was voter fraud. Indict these traitors and let a jury decide.

A special grand jury has the power to issue subpoenas to people and for documents. Un-like regular grand juries they focus on one case only. They were given up to one year to do their work starting in may.
They cannot indict people , but they can recommend charges be brought.
Interesting statement by DA Willis, She said several witnesses, including Secretary of State Raffensperger, have refused to cooperate ABSENT a subpoena. That sounds like people, including Raffensperger are waiting for a legal reason, cover, too cooperate.
Trump voters have the same mind set the people of the South had during the civil war.

Proving Trump, his enablers, knew the big lie was not true would show, prove intent.
William Barr was ordered by Trump to investigate possible fraud in the election. Barr found no evidence of large scale fraud. He told Trump and Trump continued to push the big lie. If Barr told this to the committee and would also testify under oath in front of a jury this happened. That is a big deal.
Trumps crooked lawyers filed over 60 lawsuits claiming fraud. They were all thrown out for lack of evidence. Trump and his enablers continued to push the big lie.
All 50 Secretaries of State certified their elections. No evidence of large scale fraud. Trump continued on with the big lie.
Get Trump and his enablers in front of a jury, they will go down. The evidence is overwhelming. Their defense is laughable.
