I have heard this multiple times from multiple people on MSNBC.
Some people here have said this is not true. The Grand Jury had nothing to do with the documents. They said the Grand Jury subpoena was for the Jan 6th investigation.
You know what I think. There were two Grand Jury subpoenas. One for the Jan 6th investigation and the other for the documents at Trumps resort.
Trump obstructed a Grand Jury subpoena. Indict him for that. I have heard prosecutors say this can be done without having to expose the secret documents to the jury. Indict Trump for that and later on they can add more indictments. This would be a good start, it is a serious felony.
This is the difference between Trump and Nixon.
Trump would have pardoned the Watergate burglars. This is what makes Trump so dangerous. Even a corrupt Nixon would not consider a pardon for the Watergate burglars. Nixon would not see that as a good idea. Trump sees breaking all norms, all moral norms as a winning hand in a game of poker. He doesn't care if it makes him look bad to the people who are against him, he doesn't see it that way.
Trump is one of the greatest narcissists in history. That's why he is so dangerous.
For years, the same guy has been standing behind Trump at his rallies.
He must be on Trumps payroll. He always wears the same white shirt, Blacks For Trump. That's Trumps way of trying to con black people. It doesn't work. I wonder how many people Trump pays to attend his rallies.
When is Garland going to arrest Trump for Obstructing a Federal Grand Jury subpoena?
If any one of us did this we would already be arrested. Trump is a civilian. An ex -president has no special legal protections. Trump committed this crime as a civilian. This is a simple, easily proved charge. It is a felony.
The subpoena ordered Trump to return all documents. He and his legal team lied. Thy did not return all the documents. That is a crime that cannot be ignored by Garland. At some point he is going to have to arrest Trump. Charges for stealing, removing, sharing the secret documents can come later.
Is Garland waiting for the elections to be over? If so, I can see no reason why he can't arrest Trump soon after the elections for obstruction.
I understand why Garlands investigation into Jan 6th is taking a long time. It is a massive investigation. An obstruction charge is not complicated. Arrest that traitor now. It's time to stop playing games with every crime Trump commits. Just my opinion.

Fox has caused great harm to our country and I don't know what can be done about it.
We can't see it, the secret document investigation must be massive and intense.
The DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSI, DHS, Military CID, all intelligence agencies must be involved. Everyone involved with stealing, removing, concealing, lying about the secret documents are not going to walk away free from this investigation. No way in hell.
At this time, they are probably trying to trace all the documents. Trying to figure out what the damage is. That must be a large undertaking. Once that is done, the people involved in this massive security breach better look out, better lawyer up because they are in deep shit.
The amount of criminal investigations into Trump have reached staggering levels.
I cannot think of anyone in my lifetime who has faced more serious criminal charges than Trump is facing. It is so incomprehensible because Trump just keeps on committing more crimes. It's like he just doesn't care. He gets up in the morning, goes to a rally tells the same old lies. He gets on line and acts like he has done nothing wrong. He is truly one of the greatest narcissists in history.
Trump is now facing 3 major criminal investigation. All come with multiple felony charges. He is facing a serious civil trial which could ruin him financial, plus countless other lawsuits. Trump gets up everyday and repeats they same old shit day after day like nothing is happening.
I have been around for over sixty years and I have never seen anything as bizarre as I am witnessing now and the past few years. It tests your sanity.
All I want for Christmas.
Is dozens of indictments. I don't want or need anything else. I am hoping after the elections the indictments start hitting fast and furious.
I want to see Biden give this speech before the elections.
The speech could be titled, "They're coming to take your rights away."
I want Biden to give a blistering speech on abortion, which includes what Justice Thomas said about other rights he wants to take away. The speech should be about all the rights the Republican Party is threatening to take away.
A speech like this before the elections would be a stake in the heart of the fascists who want to take away all our rights and live under their rules. The people, definitely women, are ready for this speech. They are already motivated and a speech like this before the election would fire them up even more.
Fuck Trump, Fuck Trump voters and Fuck the fascists. Long live our democracy.
I want to know who packed the boxes with secret folders mixed throughout.
Whoever packed those dozens of boxes could not miss seeing the secret folders. Was it Whitehouse staff? if so, did they say anything, warn anybody? Did Trumps wife pack any of those boxes? Did Mark Meadows know about the secret documents being packed up? This is insane.
This proves there was absolutely no security under Trump. It's hard to fathom. The FBI will be chasing rabbits for years.
