I have a feeling 2023 is going to be the year of indictments. It is going to be historic and I don't believe many Americans know what is coming.
As a history buff I understand we are living in one of the most historic times in our history. What happens over the next two years will shape the future of our country. This is the biggest battle for our democracy since the civil war. You know who else knows this?

While investigating, Garland may be slow and careful, but when he speaks he does not lie.
Garland told us long ago he was going to investigate and hold accountable anyone involved in J6, including Trump. We now know he is doing exactly that.
As far as I know Garland has not spoken about the secret document investigation, yet. When he does it would be wise to listen to what he says, because he will not lie. I hope he speaks soon because I have questions that I want answered when it comes to the secret document investigation. Reporters have to ask the right questions of Garland, that would be helpful.
Trump and the Republicans severely wounded our government institutions.
Biden and the Democrats need to drive this message home to the American people. What they did to the DOJ, Supreme Court, our national security is unforgivable.

We now know what happened in the Cohen case, what happened to Individual 1. Bill Barr was one of the most corrupt AG's in our history.
Maybe this is why Barr has been making the rounds telling everyone what a great patriot he is. What an asshole. Hopefully he will be investigated and indicted.
There is a big difference between The J6 investigation and the secret document investigation.
When I bring this up some people accuse me of changing my tune about Garland. I have not.
I always understood Garland was investigating J6 when some people claimed he was not. I knew the investigation was going to take a long time because it is the largest investigation in our history. Also Trump was president on J6. He was president when he committed these crimes. That matters.
When Trump was subpoenaed by a Federal Grand Jury for the secret documents, he lied. He obstructed a Federal subpoena and he got caught. Most importantly, when this happened Trump was, is a civilian, period. Trump was a civilian when he obstructed a federal Subpoena. He was a civilian hiding stolen secret documents. That matters.
An ex-president, as far as I know, is not an official government position. He has no special protections when it comes to the law.. Trump committed these crimes as a civilian, that's the difference and it's a big one.
There is no reason it should take months, years to indict Trump the civilian for Obstructing a Federal subpoena. It should happen rather quickly. If Garland is waiting for the elections to be over, that's fine with me.
If the secret document investigation takes years, Trump the civilian is not indicted for obstructing a federal subpoena for years, then I will change my mind about Garland. I don't think that is going to happen.
When Russia invaded Ukraine I knew they were in trouble when I seen this.
Grandmothers arming themselves. When Grandmothers are arming themselves, everyone is arming themselves, joining the fight in some way. I knew Russia was not just fighting the Ukraine military. They were fighting roughly 40 million people.
For 187 minutes, Trump had the luck of the Devil.
Trump watched a very violent attack for over 3 hours. That is a long time. He had no control, no idea what was going to happen during those hours. Many more cops could have been killed. Many more Trump voters could have been shot and killed. Members of Congress could have been killed. It could have turned into a massacre. If that happened Trump could be looking at murder charges.
He sat there waiting for something for over 3 hours, whatever that something was it didn't happen because he did not finish what he started. Any normal person would have become concerned when the mob got out of control. They would be worried about the crowd killing members of congress, they would be worried that they would be held responsible if members of Congress were killed, not Trump.
Trump is a lucky SOB.

The 65 Project has filed more than 40 ethics complaints against lawyers who tried to over turn the election. The complaints were filed with the respective state bar associations. Complaints have been filed against dozens of Trumps lawyers. All these lawyers risk losing their law license.
The list of Trump lawyers who are facing legal action continues to grow. Rudy, Eastman, Powell, Cleta Mitchell, Jenna Ellis, Christian Bobb, etc.
A lawyer cannot work for Trump and remain honest, ethical, it's impossible. Whenever you see Trump hire a lawyer that lawyer has two choices. Do something corrupt for Trump or stop working for Trump.
