(46,166 posts)139. My husband doesn't get the point of mushrooms
For him there's no flavor and the rubbery consistency (according to him) isn't even interesting. So he's like, meh. It's about the same with avocados. He doesn't get their point, either. I love both. My family was always one to go find wild mushrooms in the nearby woods. The flavors were always the point. And avocados, what can I say.
Oh, that's so funny that your kids actually cried over their eating onions. It's like their brains couldn't compute the whole idea of liking them after all. Thanks for the morning chuckle! That is too cute.
