NPR's Michel Martin speaks with American University professor Allan Lichtman about the prediction he made two years ago that President Trump will be impeached.

(The audio is now available. I listened to the broadcast and believe he has the strongest argument I have heard for impeachment)

Allan Jay Lichtman is an American political historian who teaches at American University in Washington, D.C. He is well known for predicting most of the presidential winners in the United States Presidential Election since 1984, including forecasting the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election remarkably early.
