3. Well, they had a week to turn over the documents,

I was hoping they would get turned over before Trump could appeal, but I'm guessing that Trump's lawyers would have stepped in and appealed before documents could have been turned over. The committee got a promise that the appeals court will expedite its decision. Any lawyers here? I know you're lurking. What is the definition of expedite? 3 months, 6 months, 12 months?
