8. The only time in my voting life

That I pulled a republican ballot was the year Rauner was originally running for governor. My husband and I both voted for his closest competition in the polls in an effort to keep that train wreck out of our governor’s office. Too bad it didn’t work....but at least we only had to suffer through one term. He did enough damage with that one.
