Only way they could, if they broke a law. For instance if drugs was found in the house.

If they are present with the warrant person, they can not be seized. They do have to divulge their name, but that is all they have to say. ICE must have proff of anyone they picked up, has a warrant, as our bill of rights states.

In 1789, our whole nation was a country of immigrants.
