I never trusted that bastard Giuliani even back in his “America’s Mayor” days. He and his convicted felon buddy, Bernard Kerik.

Wasn’t it Joe Biden who said of Giuliani, "There's only three things he mentions in a sentence: a noun, a verb and 9/11."
