There are no needs for stereotypes these days because poverty and homelessness are not picky, and no, that is not the truth of it, it is an excuse not to give it. I don't drink or do drugs. I have met people of all ages and families and they were not looking for their next fix or beer, but their kids had a bad food habit.

I am more braced for it in my mid-sixties just from several years of living outside now. The health takes a hit and you get weaker from the stress, but you get used to it, but rarely do you get out of it. Where do you get your advice from, there? Have you lived it for a while?

Some of us have no family members and just what is this "correct path" you are implying? Are you on the right path of some kind in comparison? Do I and those folks and families simply need some rehabilitation to be like you or something and that will fix the problem? Losing hours, a job, then your place. No help. No security deposit. Rents are high and going up in many areas. No subsidized housing is available or being built. Do you have any idea how many working poor are living out of their cars or in tents and have no money to waste on those sinful vices that corrupt us homeless folks?

I am going to assume you just don't know what you are talking about.
