The WHO say an ESTIMATED 770K people died of HIV-related illness in 2018 worldwide, and the numbers are falling not going up.

EXTREMELY unlikely that 400K+ died of it in 3 months this year.

Also, no reputable outfit would put out a number with 'HIV' as the cause of death. HIV isn't what kills people. It's other diseases that attack you when you're infected.
