(238 posts)If you look at his voting record, it is very mixed. I can see how he may be attractive to some moderate democrats (and those that do not vote a straight ticket) and independents. Plus, he comes across as a really 'likable' guy. HOWEVER, looking closely at his voting record and you can see he went along with his party on nearly every vote that held back a lot of what Obama was trying to get passed to HELP our economy. All those instances where Republicans put up stumbling blocks, not because they thought the measure was bad, but just to keep Obama from getting something passed, he fell right in line.
THIS is what Elizabeth's campaign needs to focus on now. He put politics ahead of what was good for the nation. Keep hammering this home. Democrats need people in the house and senate who will support our President's agenda so we can get things moving in the right direction. Brown won't.
