*She wasn't selling items in a parking lot
*She wasn't walking home at night from a convenience store

*She wasn't coming out of a night club.
*She wasn't arguing with someone on a subway.
*She wasn't playing with a toy gun in the park.
*She didn't pull out her wallet.
*She wasn't sleeping in her car.
*She wasn't sleeping in her bed.
*She WAS an active participant in a terrorist attack on the Capitol building.
