5. I know that in normal times it's not appropriate to triage patients according to responsibility...

... for their own situations. But it's so insane that many innocent people who did the right thing for their own health and for the public's health but have to go to the ER for other conditions ARE GOING TO DIE because of these asshats clogging up emergency departments. How is that okay?
