Isolate them, put them in a tent on hospital grounds, give them a respirator if needed, check on them if health care workers aren't stretched too thin, but other than that, precedence should be given to patients who are in the hospital through no fault of their own.
I don't see any need to go out of the way for anti-vax covid patients since they are just going to go back out there and do it again and continue to spread the anti-vax message. The bare minimum should be done for them.
