so he's going to have a much better time energizing the racist base with hate. There will be hate-filled GQP who will come out in droves.

The point is to dampen GQP turnout. A way to do that is to give GQP a choice we know they can't make: vote for a BLACK/GAY candidate who is as crazy as Trump.
