Last I read we have 44 interceptors deployed. It takes 3 interceptors per missile to guarantee a 90% kill probability. So we could stop maybe 14. Problem with that is, if Russia were to launch, there would be hundreds of incoming missiles.

Long story short, our ballistic missile defense is useless against a full strategic launch from a near peer enemy. It was mainly designed for rogue launches from North Korea or Iran.
