This is not a legal opinion. A legal opinion would be based on stare decisis - the foundation of legal reasoning.

This opinion could have easily been written by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith f/k/a The Inquisition. SCOTUS is now firmly controlled by Opus Dei.
