if they are put into service of another contrary to their will, if there are things they must do and things they cannot do that they have no say in, if their situation cannot be transferred or assigned to another, then legally they are chattel.

Whatever the court says about the penumbra of privacy, anti-choice laws are a form of slavery or indentured servitude and a violation of the 13th amendment.
