44. Interesting thought, they might be

People are people, and they love power. Merely belonging to a group that hasn't had it in a while does not mean it would not be enjoyed, and that where a minority is the majority, no one rises to power over others. Those people could be convinced, but just condemning them alone isn't going to do it.
