(19,852 posts)40. In my opinion tfg thought that his being a candidate for the presidency would shield him from
investigation. I think that was his game plan to come out and assert that the Biden and DOJ were persecuting Biden's political opponents in the belief that the DOJ would put the investigations on hold until after the election.
