41. How does trees being pleasing to the human eye

have any bearing on whether supernatural beings exist?

We started as tiny primates in trees. Of course we have an affinity. They provide us with shade, shelter, fruits and nuts, wood, etc. We find their presence comforting and beautiful.

But what does that have to do with fables and mythologies about a magical sky wizard?
